We are looking for a talented Marketing & Graphic Designer who has bags of potential and the drive to fulfil it.

Carrie Elspeth has been designing and manufacturing jewellery for 25 years to over 300 retailers and to the public through our website and social media accounts. We have become one of Wales’s leading jewellery brands with big plans for the future.


Job Role:

As an influential member of our marketing team you will play a vital and varied role shaping and creating our consumer campaigns across a range of digital and physical platforms. A key player in a small family run business, you will be connected to every part of the organisation with the ability to get involved with everything we do from start to finish, but specifically concerned with..

  • Advertising, social posts, brochures, fliers, newsletters and websites

  • Delivering creative and innovative ideas for attracting new customers and retaining new customers

  • Contributing towards internal reporting systems

  • Playing a part in creating promotions and supporting product launches

  • Involvement in photoshoots and other marketing activities

  • Collaboration in designing Point of Sale materials

The person we are looking for:

A creative, who’s all about attention to detail with a passion to deliver quality results. You should be excited to take on a challenge, looking for variety in your day to day tasks and be driven to learn and expand your skills. We are also looking for…

  • Awesome skills using Adobe Creative Cloud especially Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign Canva

  • Someone who can commute, preferably with their own transport, to our offices in Llandow, South Wales

  • Someone who can show a portfolio of your own work featuring web, social and print design

  • Honours Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years commercial experience in digital graphic design and marketing.

  • Proficiency in all aspects of design for social media / online / publications and traditional prints

  • Experienced in the use of Facebook and Instagram in a marketing capacity

Job Details:

  • Permanent, full time position

  • £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience, based on 36.5 hour week

  • Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 17:00 & Friday 8:30 – 13:00
