Carrie Elspeth began almost 25 years ago and, the passion, talent and hard work of our carefully handpicked team have been crucial to helping us grow into a well-loved, award winning jewellery brand. Our home is the studio at Vale Business Park, in Llandow near the market town of Cowbridge, South Wales. The studio is where everything happens – from sourcing the beads and designing the jewellery, to liaising with the makers, selling to retailers, engaging our consumers, evolving our brand, building our website, and marketing our products. There's so much to do, and it's all about teamwork.

We're a creative bunch, with many years of experience and strategic thinking between us. Carrie Elspeth is a small team but mighty all the same, we are a sales-driven business with around six highly dedicated members of staff working closely together in a friendly, dynamic and happy environment. Everyone makes a difference, even the dog and we're all passionate about making Carrie Elspeth a success. And it's working – business is great, and we often receive glowing customer reviews on google and alike about how much they love our jewellery and appreciate our customer care. It really makes our day.
